Some may argue that there is no correlation between adrenaline and its effect on athletic performance in college football. They may also say that it’s just a psychological belief. To that, I say yes, it may seem to be a psychological belief, but the mind releases adrenaline because of stress that is perceived to be dangerous. Therefore, if an athlete perceives anything to be stressful and/or dangerous, adrenaline will be secreted and have some type of effect on the athlete and their performance.
