Through combining mental toughness and mindfulness athletes are afforded the capacity to harness the full power of adrenaline, benefiting their athletic performance.By doing this athletes are able to increase their athletic performance. The more athletes use the combination of both mindfulness and mental toughness to harness adrenaline, the easier it becomes to enter into the state of flow. Due to athletes being able to enter the state of flow easier, they’re able to consistently perform at their peak performance, which increases the level of competition. Can the constant use of adrenaline harm an athlete's body? If so, are there ways to increase the longevity of the body and prevent the deterioration of it? Also how do coaches plan to handle the threshold between over exhaustion and exhaustion when implementing stress into an athlete's training session?
